At Haitu Online, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, festive seasons, or in case of unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We partner with trusted courier services for domestic deliveries across India.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–9 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or operational challenges.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping offers, if applicable, will be mentioned on the product or during checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your shipment status.

  • Tracking updates are provided by our courier partners and may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to two times.

  • If unsuccessful, the order will be marked as “undelivered” and returned to us.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply if you request delivery again.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing the order.

  • We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged, or items are missing, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details at support@haituonline.com.

  • Claims raised after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, Haitu Online ships only within India. International shipping is not available.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, courier disruptions, or government restrictions.
