Refund policy

At Haitu Online, we take pride in delivering high-quality products to our customers. Each order is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The request for return is raised within 48 hours of delivery via email at [support@haituonline.com] with order details and clear photographs of the issue.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or dislike after purchase.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence by the customer.

  • Items purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or with discount codes (unless defective/damaged).

  • Personalized, customized, or perishable items.


2. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team within the return window.

  2. Provide your order ID, issue description, and supporting images/videos.

  3. Once approved, we will share the return shipping details.

  4. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a wrong or defective item sent by us.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

  • Shipping charges, COD fees, and handling fees are non-refundable in all cases.

We reserve the right to:

  • Deduct applicable restocking fees (up to 20% of product value) from the refund amount.

  • Reject returns that do not meet our policy criteria.


4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per our refund policy.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only if requested within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is processed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
